You must be a team player who relates to all people and cultures, can handle shifting priorities and works well under pressure. This will be a month by month temporary contract with the opportunity to go perm for the right candidate. This role will be 40 hours per week. Your key responsibilities as a Product Manager: Sales - Sales to budget and margin monitored daily - Prepare and execute Sales Submissions - Identify product development opportunities across existing accounts - Maximise distribution of existing categories - Support of Territory Managers and merchandising team - Merchandising, demonstrations and training of Territory Managers Product - Product Category direction and performance - Prepare and execute Stock Forecasts - Source, develop, cost and sell new product lines - Product Performance testing, certification and monitoring - Consumer technical support (with CSR's) - Preparation and maintenance of all documentation including Product Manuals, Rating Labels, QC Specs, Packaging etc - Sample and Spare Part management - Relationship management with suppliers and customers To be successful for this role you must have: - Strong international commercial experience and aptitude - Demonstrated ability to build strong business relationships including negotiation - Excellent communication, organisational and documentation skills - Computer literate in both Business systems and MS Office products - Current drivers license and no convictions - Excellent attention to detail Adecco is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
