This is a leading roofing and maintenance construction business that specialise in undertaking multiple projects within both the commercial and residential sectors. They are part of a group of construction sub sectors. They have top operating procedures with high standards and acreditations.
They operate an efficient team that gel together mucking in sometimes to deliver works and meet clients' expectations.
They are now on the lookout for a project manager that can supervise a host of projects with complete oversight of their delivery.
The function:
   » Control and manage a portfolio of projects simultaneously
   » Communicate and negotiate with trades, sub trades, contractors, and the Council
   » Attending site meetings with clients, arranging pretender site visits
   » Manging a team of Site Managers, and Leading Hands
   » Complete and manage project budgets
   » Manage profitcapability of projects
   » Technical Advisory and QS/Pricing assistance
   » Manage variations with the QS
   » QA and peer review QA
   » Resolve disputes as required
   » Manage OH&S matters
Your Background:
   » A minimum of 10   years site/project management practice with ideal practice in the roofing industry
   » A Carpentry trade background or a QS background
   » practice in Estimating, Scheduling and Supervising trades
   » Strong OSH practice and a commitment to safety
   » Strong expertise of project and financial management principles
   » Excellent communication expertise
   » High-level computer expertise
   » Excellent organisation and time management expertise
   » Strong attention to detail and the capability to ensure the highest quality of finishes from your trade team
The function is looking to remunerate at:
$120K - $130K + Vehicle
