You will be working with a very talented team who partner with more than 250 leading specialists to deliver care across specialties include general, orthopaedic, cardiac, urology, neurosurgery, gynaecology, vascular, plastic and reconstructive, head and neck. They are well-known in their industry for their supportive and friendly team environment. About the function: • Greeting patients warmly, advising if any delays, receiving payments and entering patient information onto the patient management system • Screening patients • Making payments • Processing the mail, entering doctors times, ordering supplies, some typing and general admin support including performing start-up and close-down tasks About you: • You will have a warm and empathic manner • Welcoming and friendly to all patients • Excellent communication, both verbal or written is key • Medical background is preferred • Ideally practice with a specialized medical computer system • Confident with Microsoft systems • Able to start ASAP To be considered for this position, please send an updated resume through to Lucy Boon by clicking apply now.
