Additionally, you will be supported to be part of a rotating after hours on-call roster. » A unique function to inspire and lead our Crisis Respite Service in Wellington. » Use established systems and processes to meet compliance requirements and optimise the service to meet local need. » Develop and grow your team to work top of their scope as community support workers. » Be part of great partnerships that deliver; including working alongside Te Whatu Ora and Te Aka Whai Ora colleagues to support tangata whai ora and their wh?nau. Responsibilities include: » Developing significant and collaborative partnership » Being an exemplary Tangata Tiriti partner » Working alongside primary and secondary care services, and the wider community to ensure optimal results » Fostering strong relationships in your community and be a good neighbour » Providing regular coaching, leading and inspiring a passionate team » Living your values at work and making a difference in your community. You | M?u You will have: » A current New Zealand Nursing registration » Clinical practice working in mental health and addiction » A current full New Zealand driver's license » A current New Zealand first aid certificate or be prepared to obtain one » Proven leadership abilities practice » A demonstrated capability and cultural competence in working with M?ori, and knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi Applications Close | R?
