Operations Support Coordinator
   » Part-time position working 9.00am – 3.00pm, Monday to Thursday

Join our team as an Operations Support Coordinator and provide exceptional operational, planning, and administrative support at Te Pou.
Summary
We are seeking for someone to provide exceptional operational, planning, and administrative support to colleagues and contractors within Te Pou and Blueprint for Learning, particularly the Executive leadership abilities Team and other managers. This will be achieved through coordinating and implementing business operational support processes and procedures to enable the prosperous implementation of the organisation's work.
There is also a strong focus on working and communicating effectively with co-workers and colleagues in other Wise Group entities, as well as external stakeholders.
The function will include, but is not limited to:
   » Travel coordination
   » Data entry
   » Word processing
   » Document formatting
   » Arranging and managing all processes connected with shipping of orders to ensure timely receipt of orders
   » Support to the Office manager, and team, when required
   » Inventories of stock and resources.
This position is located in Wellington working 9.00am- 3.00pm Monday to Thursday
You
You will have 3 – 5 years' practice working in a similar function. You will also have excellent communication expertise, both verbal and written, keen attention to detail, and the capability to assess and balance the needs and expectations of diverse stakeholders.
