This is a long-term permanent role based in Auckland. The main objective of the role is to ensure compliance with the key legislation governing the business with particular emphasis on: » Fair Trading Act 1986 » Consumer Guarantee Act 1993 » Commerce Act 1986 » Privacy Act 2020 » Health and Safety at Workplace 2015 The main duties will be: » Locksmith Service Delivery » Customer Repairs undertaken » Lock & Key installations made » Locking systems maintained » Key cutting services delivered » Technical advice & estimates provided » Time & cost information recorded » Profits from labour activities maximised. We are seeking for someone with excellent technical skills, a strong work ethics, who is thorough, efficient and possess great communication skills.
