We have a great contract function for an administration/coordination superstar to join the WOW team for 2022.This is a varied, interesting function supporting WOW's Head of Competition with all competition related activity, including judging processes, awards administration, and designer events/hosting. Our ideal candidate will have proven practice in an administration or coordination function. Project and/or event management practice would be beneficial. You will be a good communicator who is highly organised, have an eye for detail and be comfortable juggling and prioritising tasks. You will also be a people person who enjoys contact with a diverse range of people. A genuine interest in the arts and creative industries is desirable. this function is located in Nelson, with some travel to Wellington for key dates during the 2022 Awards Show season required. Initially for May - November 2022, this contract function has potential for extension in the longer term. This is a part-time function requiring 20-25 hours per week and there is flexibility around days/hours of work. Please note though that full-time hours in Wellington during 2022 WOW Awards week (26 Sept-1 Oct) will be needed.
