Digital Specialist • Deliver digital social campaigns to make a real difference • Creative thinker working on complex social issues • Specialist team, Wellington-located The Social Action Team within MSD is responsible for social campaigns designed to effect changes in attitudes and behaviour. There is a particular focus on reducing violence in our families and communities. The team leads the ?It's Not OK? family violence campaign, the #LoveBetter youth campaign and works alongside the E T? Wh?nau and Pasefika Proud initiatives, as well as community-led initiatives. This is a great opportunity for an practiced senior advisor to bring your expertise and expertiseet to a truly worthwhile opportunity. As a senior advisor, you will actively contribute to the planning and implementation of projects to change behaviours in areas of violence avoidance and community mobilisation. You will support the project lead to implement the campaign's digital strategy and be responsible for the day-to-day management of campaign websites and social media content and moderation. You will have a particular focus on our new highly interactive website, social media platforms, and creation of content. Key to your success will be your: • Digital campaign practice across multiple channels • practice at ensuring that campaigns reach their intended audience • capability to provide innovative content, appropriate for our audiences • capability to turn strategy into action • Collaborative, team focused approach Public sector practice is not a requirement.
