Looking for Our client is looking for a Kaiwhakahaere Matua who can develop and identify the best qualities of their staff, and who can lead their bicultural organisation to fulfil its true potential. This person will also build and maintain excellent strategic relationships and networks with legal entities, local organisations within the Community Sector, Government and funder representatives. About you To be successful in this role you do not need to have a legal background. We do require a community leader who can promote a shared vision, a person who brings out the best in others, embracing diversity and inclusion.
