Come and lead our Agile Practice team, in what is a truly exciting time to join ACC. In this function you will bring passion and energy,drawing on your practice and expertise to play a significant function in creating and safeguarding our move to an agile culture.Key to this function is the capability to foster innovation, collaboration and drive the continuing adoption of agile practices. This leader will support our agile teams and leadership abilities with the right expertise, tools, process, and professional development opportunities so they can apply agile to its full potential.
Key expertise required:
   » You will be an Agile People Leader
   » High energy and motivation, and practice in establishing and developing Agile practices and culture.
   » A proven track record of leading agile teams
   » Practical use of SAFe or similar scaled agile frameworks
   » A availability to lgain and share expertise through coaching, mentoring and training
   » A strong strategic thinker with effective stakeholder management expertise
   » Excellent organisation and communication expertise, as well as the capability to present to a wide variety of audiences
this function is a senior position within a newly established team, so you will need to demonstrate leadership abilities expertise and an capability to help coach and develop others. This is a great opportunity to join ACC’s evolving Enterprise Portfolio Delivery (EPD) team.
