We are seeking for a Strategic Relationship Advisor to join our Local Government Branch. We value what you can bring to the function: enthusiasm, practice in leading stakeholder relationships, the mana to influence and lead, and a good knowledge of Te Ao M?ori, Tikanga M?ori, te reo and how government works.
The Local Government Branch provides policy advice to Ministers on important issues and the largest reforms facing New Zealanders and local government for at least 30 years. Our large and dynamic work programme includes the new Future for Local Government review, the Three Waters Reform Programme, input into the Resource Management Act reforms and improvement of relationships between local government and M?ori. When we talk about transformation, we mean it.
