Their scope of work ranges from road construction and maintenance through to earthworks, drainage, subdivisions, and bridges, all the way through to major projects of national significance. A focus on health and safety is imperative to this function, as you must assist in driving a strong safety culture in all day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include: • Coordinate the everyday operational requirements of the project • Assist the project team to efficiently drive the project programme • Lead a team • Provide support and mentoring to leading hands and junior staff members • Champion safety on site • Be actively involved in the preparation of the Work plans Skills & practice • 5-10 years practice in the civil construction industry • Proven practice leading crews on site • Full class 1 driver's licence • Safety and high standard quality focused • Excellent communication skills How to Apply?
