They have gained strong momentum in the past 2 - 3 years across NZ. Their work is largely buying land and or house(s) on large sections and converting to multiple properties consisting of 2 - 3 story walk ups/terraced houses/multi unit builds. With multiple sites on the go, they need a construction manager to join the team and take over the delivery of all their up and coming work. You will have the chance to work for a small team and stamp your brand. They use Build Trend and have reliable systems in place.
