The function • We are seeking for an practiced EA who can provide effective administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the CEO’s office of this large and complex organisation, and one who can provide feedback on organisational matters within the wider organisation Key tasks • Screen and assist CEO in prioritising incoming communications (telephone calls, emails etc) • Prepare/co-ordinate leadership abilities Team meetings, functions & catering • Take minutes at meetings and assist in tracking actions arising, liaising with stakeholders as required • Book travel and accommodation • Event management – venues, travel, catering etc • Correspondence, collation of documents, CEO filing • Projects and general assistance to the CEO You • Will be empathetic, a great communicator with a structured approach geared to achieving results • Have 3-5 years practice supporting senior management, including providing support to Boards, accurate minute taking, and ideally some event management • Be interested in process improvement, have practice with MS suite at a high level and have a natural capability to excel under pressure • A genuine interest in working for one of NZ’s leading not for profit organisation • An consciousness and knowledge of Maori values and protocols Offer • An excellent income dependent on your level of practice • Free onsite parking • Conveniently located in one of their Auckland city fringe office sites • A Monday to Friday function • 40 hour week • Job security (multi govt agency support) Note: A Police Vetting Consent form and a Driver Check Consent form will be required This is a great opportunity within a well-known organisation who value their staff highly - Please click apply!
