Your function will be to come and join a professional support team providing high quality business support to valuable customers. You will need to be an efficient and accurate person who has excellent communication expertise. Your function will support sales and service teams with: Keying in orders correctly and tracking progress contact with companies and customers including assisting with processing orders supervise and assist with installation of product and roll out Monthly invoicing and queries all over the month Assist with maintaining the support database Ensure Monitoring software operational and working on customer sites this function sits in a busy productive team, and is full time 40 hours per week Monday – Friday.
