Our client is looking for a Customer Service superstar to join their team in Albany.

Duties include:
   » Answering calls
   » Processing of customer orders - Using Salesforce, Movex/M3 and Google Suite
   » Receipt and handling of customer complaints
   » Reporting
   » Administrative support

Requirements for the role:
   » Excellent customer service skills
   » Effective communication skills
   » Good computer skills
   » Good time management
   » Salesforce experience advantageous
Full trainign will be provided.
The role is Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm.
