About the function: You will work alongside the People and Culture Team in NZ and Australia. You will be responsible for the end-to-end process, including designing courses, delivering them, and then seeing the benefits of what you have implemented. You will work across all levels of the business delivering the learning pathways for the team. You will facilitate workshops online and in person. You will have an inquisitive mindset and forward thinking. About you and Requirements: » You will enjoy working on your own and in a team. » You will have practice working in corporate environments » You will have practice as a Learning and Development Consultant » You will love supporting the development and growth of your team » You will be self-driven and have excellent communication expertise » Qualification not required but desired this function has full flexibility with working in the house or the office.
