Your well-developed knowledge of principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi, knowledge of tikanga M?ori and confidence navigating Te Ao M?ori and their application in the work environment is valuable. As a People and Culture Business Partner you will be assigned your own business portfolio where you will build relationships with leaders/managers and become a valued member of their leadership abilities team. You will use your influence and coaching abilities to work with leaders, kaimahi, external stakeholders and Te Tiriti partners to improve results and to deliver on our objectives of partnership and equity. We have a close support network and swap advice, guidance and practice to continuously grow each other as a team. You will be able to demonstrate the following capabilities and practice; leadership abilities, coaching, generalist HRM, employment legislation andrelations[SH1]activities and processes, culture change within both team and organisational contexts -and exceptional stakeholder partnership with the capability to communicate across all levels of the business. You’ll be able to share examples of complex ER matters and how you have partnered to reach results. You will partner with your business leaders to get the best out of their teams, through coaching, development or performance enhancement to achieve our strategic goals will be your true measure of success. You will need personal qualities to work through adversity and demonstrate resilience to work through the challenges that come with taking people on the journey of change.
