Our client is a large government organisation and they are planning to implement CRM system for various functions. A top tier consultancy firm is engaged to write the business case and now they need a PM to help taking the process forward. The PM will help with the completion of business case, engagement with various senior stakeholders, CRM selection, procurement and implementation. To be considered for this function, you will have: » Strong practice in ICT projects and project initiation » practice with Business Cases will be valuable but not a must » Proven capability to lead technical and business staff » RFI / RFP practice » Core system and application upgrade practice will be good to have » PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner certified or equivalent is preferred You will be part of a government organisation to deliver a key project to implement an enterprise- wide CRM solution.
