He angit?tanga: The opportunity Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, The Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for developing and delivering email marketing solutions, analysing customer databases, and supporting the management of key digital channels to deliver business objectives, increase revenue generation and optimises our customers' digital practices. We are pursuing a focussed, flexible and innovative team member with solid digital competency who is seeking the next step in their career. candidates should have excellent interpersonal communication skills and proven capability to manage digital channels including email marketing (EDM), search, social media marketing, and marketing campaign performance analysis. Key responsibilities include: » Lead profitable email marketing activities across Auckland Live campaigns and communications. » Manage the database and generate actionable insights for the business using a variety of analytics tools and techniques. » Delivery of digital marketing campaigns to grow our database followers. » Support paid search and social media campaigns from creation to on-going analysis and optimisation, with a strong focus on revenue generation and ROI. » When needed support the scheduling of digital signage activities across Auckland Live's venue screens. He k?rero m?u: About you To be considered for this opportunity, you will need. » A tertiary qualification in marketing or similar, and at least 3 years' practice in tactical digital marketing functions. » Proven capability and skills using CMS, Salesforce and email marketing tools including automation. » An knowledge of email templates such as HTML+CSS and responsive design. » practice in using database and email marketing systems (e.g Archtics, MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, Active Campaign). » Strong knowledge of website optimisation, UX, A/B testing and SEO. » Strong working knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and/or Google Data Studio. » Great organisational skills, with the capability to prioritise and manage several projects concurrently. » Excellent attention to detail and communications skills. » Resilience and the capability to work well under high pressure and to tight deadlines Ng? ?huatanga kei a m?tou: What we offer This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with the occasional requirement to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
