Offer: Forklift Driver:Job description:Forklift DriverPayment: Paid Position ($24.00)Job location: Roxburgh Central Otago Region: Otago/Queenstown/Wanaka practice: Limited practice Necessary Listing Added: 06/11/2022 Employer : Gourmet Summerfruit Limited We are seeking for a forklift operator for our upcoming Cherry and Blueberry harvest season to work in the Packhouse, starting Late-December and finishing approx. Mid-Feb (dates are flexible). Some forklifting practice is preferred, and you must hold a current forklift certificate/license. You will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, stacking packaging, unloading, weighing, recording, and stacking fruit delivered from the orchard. As well as supplying the Packhouse with bins/pallets of fruit to the grading lines all over the day. You must be able to start work on time, be comfortable working in a cold and fast paced environment, be able to follow instructions and have a great work ethic. During the peak of our harvest (January-Feb) this is a 7 day a week job, often with long hours during the day (approx. 6:30am-7pm), we require someone who can fully commit to this job and the hours required.
