About the function
In this function, you'll:
   » Provide process advice informed by an knowledge of process design methodologies and practices.
   » Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of processes and practices.
   » Encourage support and uptake for new and improved operational processes
   » Work with and support the senior process designers to manage interdependencies between improvement initiatives.
About you
We're looking for someone who is either just starting their process design journey, or who is seeking a new challenge to further develop their expertise and practice. You'll be able to demonstrate:
   » Good relationship management and influencing expertise
   » A desire to learn
   » Excellent communication expertise to a range of stakeholders using a variety of methods, written, oral, and through presentations
   » capability to think broadly about long-term implications
   » An knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and a desire to commit to our function as a Te Tiriti partner.
