Kawai k? te iwi (Service Delivery and Operations branch), are the face of DIA. Whether we're helping to register births, deaths, marriages or charities, or assisting in passport applications, community grants or civil union and name change registrations, we're dedicated to serving the needs of New Zealanders. The Workforce Analyst function contributes to the continuing success of Kawai k? te iwi by: » Using and analysing data to understand Customer demand across channels within our Service Delivery Operation » Providing analysis and design of optimal shift patterns and rostering to match demand and ensure efficient utilisation of people » Working collaboratively to ensure workforce planning tools meet current and future business requirements » Maintaining oversight of training and development needs and planning for training to be delivered at the right time and place What you will bring to the Workforce Analyst position: » A desire to improve systems and services to enhance the Customer practice » Well-developed communication expertise including the capability to influence others » Proven capability to effectively analyse complex information » expertise of Workforce Planning principles and practice in scheduling to meet demand patterns DIA offers opportunities to grow.
