About the Role Our clients have 2 roles available: » 1x 7am-4pm Monday-Friday » 1x 6pm-11pm Wednesday - Friday/Saturday - Potential to stay on permanently No work over Christmas period required, extra hours are available if you want them. The role is to provide first point of contact for customers, members of the public and other Power & Gas stakeholders. You would be responsible for providing effective and timely customer solutions including the dispatching of client faults to field-based employees. » Dispatch faults received from client to field based employees » Manage and resolve customer complaints, escalate through notifying Service Hub Manager of potential issues where necessary » Resolve problems by understanding the business and providing answers or alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved issues » Maintain the integrity of power systems through timely and accurate data entry » Maintain client/ Registered Electrical contractor liaison » Compliance with all Zero Harms policies and procedures » Additional relevant duties as and when required from the Service Hub Manager » Inbound/outbound calls » Creation and dispatch of tickets for clients » Jeopardy management of a jobs life cycle Skills and Experience » Minimum two years customer service experience » Excellent oral and written communication skills » Time management/ organisation skills » Problem solving ability » Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure » Strong customer focus » Attention to detail » Sound computer/keyboard skills » Previous Call Centre experience preferable » Experience within the Electrical Industry an advantage What Next?
