About this function As a Senior Content Strategist at Springload Te Pip?tanga you'll: » develop any content outputs necessary for prosperous delivery of content and improved content production, including information architectures, style guides, tone of voice guidelines standards and prototypes » work with and support clients' in-house teams to produce content - leading them where they may not have practice in-house » work with our design and development teams and client content teams to ensure what we create meets the needs of content » produce high quality content that meets business and user needs, making complex language and processes easy to understand » deliver best practice content strategy to clients and mentoring others on content strategy » plan, conduct and support discovery and evaluative research to inform and validate content strategy and design decisions » plan and conduct activities to create, prototype, validate, iterate and communicate content strategy and content design decisions » deliver complex and challenging projects from concept to delivery » have an knowledge of te ao M?ori, and supporting clients to create content and products for M?ori audiences » seek out different angles and solutions to create work to sound standards and produce highly effective practices, platforms and products on deadline with some direction from a Director.
