Rialto Film Channel are a highly prosperous, national media brand. They are in a great space with a lot of exciting opportunities on the go. Given all that's happening in their business, they need an equally enthusiastic and capable person to take on the challenge of Commercial Accountant. Being their first stand-alone finance function, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end financial management for their various entities. You'll also be involved with financial planning / budgeting, plus analysis and modelling for new business ventures. To make the numbers have real meaning, you'll work closely with the wider team and business. You'll have a naturally down-to-earth style that connects with people and enables you to have greater influence in the business. The Rialto team are small but perfectly formed. Their passion for independent film and all things media is what sets them apart, and you'll need to share this passion! If you have an knowledge of how the media world works, that would be an added bonus. You'll have a broad and very capable level of practice in a commercial accounting / finance environment which includes practice with international transactions. This will be backed up by a significant business qualification (or equivalent practice). Chartered Accountant status (or equivalent) is a nice to have but not essential.
