In Operations Payments, we remove the financial stress people have when they are off work due to an injury. Not only that – we also reimburse prescriptions and travel required because of their injury. We know that by helping and reducing the stress of getting paid, our clients can focus on what matters most – getting better and getting back to independence. We are also responsible for making sure that our providers are paid accurately and on time for the services they provide. Because we play such an integral part in the recovery practice of our clients, we are a Top 6 Priority Function here at ACC. As a Client Service Leader, you will play a key function in engaging and motivating your teams, so they can confidently deliver a great practice and results for our clients and providers, doing their best every single time. At each of these hubs we have 40 amazing Payments Assessors, four dedicated Team Leaders and one awesome Client Service Leader.
