In our work we make a real and positive difference for communities through the services we invest in and the support we give. In the function of Policy Analyst/Senior Policy Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and improving a range of social services for New Zealanders from inception through to implementation.
These fast-paced positions are in an achievement focused workplace. We are seeking for a broad expertiseet – key will be your excellent writing expertise and the capability to provide evidence-located and balanced analysis. You'll need to be a true relationship builder and effective communicator; someone who is willing to get out there and make connections.
Ideally, you'll understand the machinery of government and have had some exposure to analysing policy through a Treaty of Waitangi / Te Tiriti o Waitangi lens, but if you can tick the above requirements, we're willing to teach and grow you in these areas.
