The key responsibilities of the role include: » Planning and executing projects according to pre-determined timelines, budgets and Fowler Homes quality standards » Manage projects from Building Compliance through to Code of Compliance completion » Ensure quality control throughout the building cycle » Work with all contractors and clients for positive outcomes and timeframes » Effectively manage and communicate any build variations to all parties » Regular site visits to check progress and quality of workmanship » Administration tasks working within Rave Project Management software To be successful you will ideally have: » Proven experience in a similar role » A qualified builder or worked within the building industry » You will be a self-starter with a positive attitude and lots of energy » Strong attention to detail and time management skills » Excellent written and verbal communication skills » Strong relationship building skills with the ability to relate to a wide range of people » Proficient in MS Office Suite & able to pick up new software systems This is a pivotal role in their organisation, therefore we are looking for someone who has previous experience within the building industry who understands the importance of timeframes and priorities.
