As a Technical agent, you will work with closely with clients, stakeholders such as Kainga Ora, Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, and other community-located housing providers to support people who are transitioning in to or are currently in public housing, this includes calculating and processing earnings Related Rents for Social Housing clients. In addition to the above, client service is required in the form of outbound phone calls to our clients to gather or confirm information About you » You are professional, energetic, and able to interact and negotiate with a variety of clients over the phone while maintaining a customer service focus. » Driven and determined to succeed you thrive on achieving results. Once training has been completed, we are open to consider a formal flexible working arrangement.This may include some WFH days and dependent on the operational needs of the team.
