Led by astute directors from well-regarded development backgrounds, they have seen the opportunity to assist in solving the housing crisis by focussing on supply. Their work is largely buying land and or house(s) on large sections and converting to multiple properties consisting of 2 - 3 story walk ups/terraced houses. They are well structured, have top systems in place and are well set up for training. With multiple sites on the go, they now need another project manager to join the team.
