• Must have strength working with Architects/strength in bathroom product sales

This is a vital function in the Architecture and Design team, where you will be responsible for creating demand for gorgeous bathroom products to NZ’s creative industries. These connections are essential for the continuing communication to Architecture and Design businesses around specs and products available, driving sales and growth in this healthy area of the business.
Your function will be responsible for the constant contact and communication between this supply business and the channels that on sell their products. Information technology is a full time permanent Mon-Fri position, 40 hour week, and works very closely with all areas of the business. Your package will include a base income, company vehicle and a commission/bonus structure.
You will be developing business opportunities and creating demand, in a highly professional manner, with integrity and value at the forefront of everything you do. The quality of service and the quality products this organization supplies, sets them apart from their competitors, therefore to be prosperous you need to have a history of integrity and quality working relationships in a similar sales space.
Your Key Job responsibilities:
• Via all avenues, maintain and develop business with already well forged relationships inside NZ’s Architectural and Design communities, as a forefront of your success

• Keeping abreast of product expertise by researching product information both manually and electronically, attending meetings, training sessions and courses as required by the Company.
• Supporting/training services to assist Team Members to understand products and their functions, to ensure the team expertise is current and up to date
• Thorough and detailed internal interactions within the organisation to ensure that all departments are informed and working to meet sales expectations
• Actively seeking out new business opportunities and developing the continued growth of the brand in the market across all channels.
You will be someone who has either worked closely with architects and NZ’s design community and therefore know how to manage accounts and the sales processes, or you will be someone who is very well presented, very organised and professional, who has strong product sales practice in the bathroom industry. this function is packaged to meet the market, and is available to the right person for a competitive income made up of a healthy base, car and bonuses/comms.
The right person will:
• Have a full drivers licence
• Be very well presented and well spoken
• Have proven strength in a sales position in a similar industry, at least with industry expertise or selling into the Architectural Design community
