Start can be immediate or even for the start of next summer season if you're looking to come over in the summertime. Mudbrick operates 2 restaurants, the fine dining Mudbrick restaurant and our high volume modern bistro The Archive Bar and Bistro. Both restaurants focus on featuring New Zealand's produce and forage-ables and offer an opportunity for staff to challenge themselves to develop their expertise within the culinary industry. We pride ourselves on our focus on developing and upskilling staff to further their careers in hospitality.
