About the function

In this function you will be responsible for leading the development and coordination of information and the flow of information into and across the office. You will work as part of a great team to ensure that the office is well planned, tracked and monitored to deliver high quality support.

tasks

• Monitor the inbox to ensure timely responses
• Manage the inbox roster to ensure Information technology is always covered
• Work closely with the wider team by coordinating and tracking the work programme
• Lead and maintain critical communication and administrative channels
• Work closely with the Advisors & EA
• Lead the coordination of responses to ministerials, OIA’s etc
• Support the director on project work

expertise & practice

• practice working in a project coordination, team administration or other coordination function
• practice working in the public sector and an knowledge of the machinery of government
• great written and verbal communication expertise
• capability to stay calm under pressure
