This role requires effective leadership and management to ensure the highest quality of care for residents. Key Responsibilities: » Provide dynamic leadership, » Ensure adherence to all regulations, policies, and administrative procedures. » Maintain the highest standards of care and support for residents. » Formulate and monitor operating budgets for the facilities. » Oversee facility maintenance and liaise with external contractors. » Develop and implement strategic plans to drive operational performance. » Establish and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and the wider community. Qualifications & Experience: » Proven experience in care home management or a similar role. » Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards. » Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills. » Budget management experience is essential. » Ability to build effective working relationships with external stakeholders.
