Due to growth, our client is now seeking several factory hands to assist with the daily running of the business. The successful candidates will be assisting in the production of large-scale plastic products working with the rotational machinery. About the role: All training is provided in this long-term role with potential to transition to a permanent position for the right candidate. This company offers a great boss and even better company culture that wants to invest in upskilling candidates to move through the company. This is a nightshift (4:30PM - 2:00AM), Monday to Friday. About you: The successful candidate must be physically fit very hands and able to use small tools to remove plastic products from the casts. You must be able to stand on your feet all day and be comfortable in a hot environment as the factory is filled with active molding ovens.
