Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Mount Eden, Auckland
Type: Full-Time
Salary: $60,000 per year
Join our team in the bustling heart of Mount Eden, Auckland, and seize the opportunity to be part of a thriving property management office. With a focus on professionalism and excellence, we are seeking a dedicated Administrator to contribute to our continued growth as we begin building our team in numbers and quality.
Responsibilities:
   » Greeting and welcoming visitors and guests.
   » Managing accounts, including receivables and payables.
   » Accurate and efficient invoicing and filing.
   » Meticulous record maintenance.
   » Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner.
   » Managing and forwarding incoming emails and messages.
   » Providing information to callers or visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
   » Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
   » Managing appointments and scheduling meetings.
   » Handling and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
   » Operating office equipment, such as photocopiers and fax machines.
   » Assisting with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
   » Keeping track of office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
   » Providing basic information about the organization to the public.
   » Effective communication with team members and clients.
   » Facility management.
The ideal candidate will have:
   » Proven experience in administrative roles.
   » Strong organizational and time management abilities.
   » Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
   » Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
   » Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
   » Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
