Wilderness Lodge Arthur's Pass is a premium nature lodge set on a 4000 acre working sheep farm and nature reserve alongside Arthur's Pass National Park. We host guests from across New Zealand and around the world seeking high quality hospitality and a connection with the plants, animals and landscapes of the Southern Alps. As a family owned and operated business we have been at the forefront of nature tourism for over 25 years. The functions Our team of lodge adjuncts are a key part of the Wilderness Lodge operation. tasks mostly revolve around restaurant and housekeeping tasks with occassional other work in the mix also. As a small, tight-knit team we work hard to ensure a fun and positive working environment. We do expect team members to work hard and put in some long days. What we offer our staff Staff accommodation and meals are provided along with competitive pay rates. Combined with consistent hours, this is an excellent function for saving money. Lodge and staff facilities are maintained to a high standard and outside of work the opportunities for outdoor and active adventure are excellent.
