Part-time Payroll Lead

The function

We require a Payroll Specialist with HRIS systems expertise and a broad payroll background. Information technology is a large international business and you will be responsible for processing the payroll for NZ staff, approximately 400 and assisting with some offshore payroll (its can be learnt easily).

The tasks will include:
   » Ensure the smooth execution of payroll.
   » Checking timesheets, entering hours into the system if required, managing benefits, one-off claims and any other general ad hoc tasks that arise.
   » Working in the HRIS system.
   » Providing reporting.

This is a part-time function of approx. 25 hrs per week. The days and hours you work are flexible.

The Ideal Person

We are seeking for a payroll whizz to hit the ground in this job. You’ll need to be able to pick up new tasks quickly and accurately, with good initiative and problem solving capability. We want someone whose willing to own payroll and slot into the high-performing finance team as the payroll expert.
