The two Wilderness Lodges (Arthur's Pass and Lake Moeraki) are unique family-owned and operated nature lodges. We are New Zealand's premier nature lodges and have a strong focus on practical conservation and sustaincapability. Our discerning guests choose to stay with us to practice high quality hospitality but also to join our guided activities, be active in the outdoors, and lgain about nature. The function... We are pursuing a Second Chef to work alongside our practiced Head Chef. Our restaurant offers guests breakfast, limited lunches and a ‘table of the house’ evening meal. You will work with high quality ingredients to produce wholesome tasty food using local ingredients where possible. The capability to take direction but also to work unsupervised is vital. This is a great function to further develop your kitchen expertise and produce outstanding food.
