Objectives of the Position

To provide excellent customer support in an office bound sales role

Responsibilities

? Internal sales function and technical support
? Credit administration
? Product return management

Specific Duties:

Customer Service
? Answer calls and responding to customer enquiries in a timely, friendly and professional manner
? Proactive selling
? Accurate data entry of sales order process
? Timely completion of all required documentation

Credit and Returns Management
? Proactively manage credits, not allowing them to accumulate beyond three days without action
? To ensure all credit requests are process and completed on time
? Minimise / eliminate all pricing and inaccurate documentation generated credits
? To assist the CSR Team Leader to manage the product returns process

General
? To be a constructive member of the Customers Service and Sales team
? To support the timely achievement of CDB Media goals
? Any other duties as required

Competencies:

? Minimum of two years' experience in CSR or Sales role
? Computer literate in both PC and Business System Applications
? Excellent communication, organisational and documentation skills

? Enthusiastic and committed with a "Make it happen: attitude
? Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
? Mechanical / technical aptitude - with a desire for product knowledge
? A team player who relates well to all people and cultures
? Thrives in a fluid environment with shifting priorities

Personal KPI's:

? Positive feedback from customers
? Accuracy of transactions and documentation
? Proactive management of credits, not allowing to accumulate beyond three days without action
? All returns checked upon arrival and processed within one working day
? All orders entered within two hours of receipt
? Proactively keeping an accurate working knowledge of current product range
