This is a great opportunity to showcase your Policy practice & gain further practice in the end-to-end policy process before expanding into larger policy issues. tasks • Present High quality policy analysis and advice. • Provide strategic direction on the content, approach and engagement with key stakeholders and less practiced policy analysts. • Contribute to the continuing development of the business unit, and the wider Policy Group. • Provide mentoring and support the professional development of less practiced analysts. • Demonstrates adaptcapability and strategic foresight as the needs and priorities of Team change. • Develop and maintain productive and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders. Skills & practice • High Level Policy Analyst or Senior Policy Analyst level practice. • Good knowledge of the Machinery of Government. • practice writing Cabinet papers and other briefing documents. • Strong stakeholder management skills. • Competent analyst skills and be keen to developing & maintain skills and knowledge in own area of skills.
