We are pursuing an practiced Technical Service Engineer with solid Citrix . This is a permanent opportunity located in Wellington CBD.
 
You will be working within a distributed team structure across Australasia ensuring customer service levels are maintained and delivered.
To be considered for this function, you will have:
   » practice with data backup, recovery, archiving and storage
   » Application and host integration services and capability to manage antivirus
   » Support incident management, asset and configuration and security management
   » 3 or more year practice in an operational environment
   » Solid expertise with ITIL Service Delivery and Service Management processes
   » capability with services delivery and fault troubleshooting
   » practice using common Information technology Service Desk and Operational Management tools
