This Team Leader will be responsible for coaching and mentoring the team as well as managing the resources for projects. The team also manages a programme of continuous improvement activities for both business analysis and service design. You will be responsible a range of tasks such as ensuring methods and techniques are fit for purpose, coordinate the organisational portfolio of projects and changes, facilitate innovation and conduct root cause and impact analysis. You'll also be responsible for developing your team and ensure resourcing needs are met. The prosperous candidate will get 5 weeks' Annual Leave and the capability to work in the house a few days a week, as well as an attractive income of $161,5000 per annum! Sounds great, doesn't it?
