These are 3 months contracts with immediate starts. To be considered you will have: » Prior Service Desk or Helpdesk practice » Technical support practice and expertise to help resolve level 1 - 1.5 issues » ITIL expertise » Active Directory practice » MS Office 365 practice You will be a first poitn of contact for calls and emails to the service desk, so you will need excellent verbal and written communication expertise and the capability to prioritise and update tickets and incidents as they come into the team.
