Lord of the rings country & on a live volcano. We are situated in one of NZs most beautiful playgrounds at the base of NZs largest skifield. Busy year-round with two distinct seasons of Summer for the Tongariro Alpine Crossing & the best of hiking & climbing adventures and Winter for the ski and board season. A place to work in and play in, in the beautiful National Park. We are seeking for an practiced Chef De Partie and Sous Chef to work with us from June onwards. We offer onsite accommodation and hourly rate located upon practice. We are seeking for creativity & a availability to contribute to systems & processes in the kitchen. Of equal importance is an capability to join a team & work well with your peers & be an example of excellence in the kitchen for those around to follow. A team player with the capability to work under pressure & available to work variable shifts across a seven-day roster. This is a busy Restaurant kitchen so you will need to be able to move quickly, have the capability to listen and follow instruction well. Excellent English is essential.
