EST Service Technician & a Trainee - MedicalJob location:Auckland Manukau & East Auckland Work Type: Temporary » » » Our client: • A global company, with products and solutions essential within the healthcare sector, the products used in NZ provide quality care to patients who have mobility issues. Overview: • Join a team of Service Technicians (working alongside a Project/Product Installer) and you will be trained to do servicing (inspection, test and tag) of the companies electro-mechanical equipment as their product has to be checked annually ( a series of tests) • This will be a mix of onsite at the client (DHB’s) and at the company in Mt Wellington as they are required to completed inspections and tests on two of their products and this needs some extra temp Technician support to handle the work volume. • The first function is for a qualified Service Technician (Electrical)… Somebody with a Electrical Appliance qualification to execute inspections and tests on small electronic pumps using a company SOP and reporting format • The second function is for a Trainee, you will have a passion for maintenance work and be following the Service Technician assisting and learning as you go - Somebody with practical expertise of and a availability to lgain how to execute inspections and tests on small electrical items on site or within a workshop environment • In both cases you would be supervised by a Company Technician and detailed work instructions You: • May have an Electrical Service Technician (one function requires this, the other doesn’t) • Diagnosis abilities – faults/technical issues • Computer expertise • Be physically fit • Great communications expertise to contact with internal team, and external customers and suppliers Note - Our client requires evidence of Covid Vaccination prior to starting, Drug & Alcohol screening and a Police check will be conducted Offer: • Product range training • Great hourly rate • Start asap • 4-8 weeks – possible growth • Training opportunity and potential • Core hours 8.30am to 4.30pm • All Tools supplied • An international company in ‘essential services’ established over 50 years To apply: Please send an updated resume through to Sue Brash by clicking apply now.
