Their goal is to provide independent technical advice and data, workforce training, development and enabling expertise-sharing across New Zealand internationally. They are a national not-for-profit sector organisation comprising of approximately 3000 corporate and individual members within New Zealand and overseas. They are the principal voice for the water sector, focusing on the sustainable management and promotion of the water environment, encompassing the three waters; drinking water, waste and storm waters. The function You will represent the organisation in changes to the vocational education system and communicate these changes to the sector. This will require the Training and Development Manager to build relationships with external stakeholders. Travel is required within the function to meet potential clients. tasks • Advise and educate external stakeholders • Create and manage content training and framework • Sell the programme expertise & practice • NZ water industry expertise (Desirable) • leadership abilities practice • Excellent relationship expertise • Competent written and oral communication • capability to multitask productively What’s on Offer?
