Our core purpose is to use participation in creative activities as a means to increase socialisation, belonging and personal empowerment. The Operations Leader will be responsible for leading the main organisational framework, systems, logistics, admin, core programme co-ordination, facilities management and leadership abilities of digital and social media platforms. They will also co-ordinate and connect to the programme delivery with young people, drivers, guest artists, families and community partners. this function requires someone who is systematic, pays attention to detail, is well-versed with financial management, adept with Information technology and social media platforms, able to multi-task and time management and who is prepared to pitch in with the rest of the team to ensure prosperous delivery of programmes leading towards robust results.
