Clinical Services ManagerJob location:Tasman Nelson Work Type: Permanent » » » »Permanent- FT function »Monday-Friday- income upto $85K »Opportunity to leave a mark in the industry Purpose of the function This position is a management function, providing strong clinical and staffing leadership abilities across the facility. The Clinical Service Manager provides high level clinical leadership abilities and support to clinical and care staff at the facility, including: » Providing leadership abilities, supervision and direction to clinical and care staff. » Assisting the Facility Manager and senior management team in the effective management of the facility (including providing cover for the Facility Manager); » Actively participating in the facility Quality and Risk Management and facility education programmes; » Monitoring the provision of care to residents to ensure the highest standards are achieved and maintained. » Providing oversight of resident clinical records and recordings to ensure they meet organisational and legislative requirements. » Managing oversight of the clinical budget and rostering of clinical staff and care staff to ensure safe staffing guidelines are met.
